    Arin Lady Dragon Christman

Let’s gooooo!!! I’m 42 and it’s my 5th year racing in several arenas! My current favorite race bike is the cheeky Ninja EX400, so much fun on the “little bikes”!!

In 2009 I had picked up my first sport bike, the 09 Ninja Ex250 (new out the door!). Loving the canyons, moto meet ups and group riding, I came into track riding shortly after… I learned a LOT converting the 250 to a race bike, also picking up the 07 CBR600 to play with… From 2011-2013 I began racing the 250 and 24 hour mini relays with WERA, AFM, WSMC and M1GP.

In 2014 /2017 I added being a mom to two beautiful kiddos and now that they are old enough, I’m able to race again!!! 2024 I came back as a Novice with AFM and this year with CRA as an Expert!! Last year competing with a big group of friends and this year… I’m having fun chasing Aliki aka MamaVnm!! Another who has literally had my back for years with her Venom base wear!! There’s nothing better than racing with good friends..

One of my passions is coaching and giving back to other riders who love the sport. Also to just have a ton of fun playing with my friends out in the corners… it’s like a dance!!

I’ve coached riders since 2011 with a few groups and many tracks across California. I’m currently coaching with Fun Track Days, Ca Superbike School Cornerworker, CMSP Golden State Motorcycle Safety Course Coach, Iron Steed Harley Davidson Motorcycle Safety Course Coach, street rider coaching and one on one’s at various track days.. I’ve run classrooms of New Rider Schools NRS with Let’s Ride and Fun Track Days, going over fundamentals and helping with lines or any other rider error we find on the track. I’m helping as I can with new racers to our programs too. Racing CRA and AFM with a mini kart track race or two working their way in this year is my goal!

I’ve recently gotten more into dirt bike riding / family camping and have my kids trailing with me, filling my heart! We ride two-up when we get the chance AGATT, and I also give lessons in safe two-up riding to others too.

I really must thank Dave Moss as he has always been there for me through the years as the BEST suspension guru out there!! For the rest, I’ve been on my own figuring out bikes for many years now and it’s not an easy road.. I’m honored to say that this year I have a dedicated team behind me!! I’m very proud to be a part of Racer411!! Here I can work with other racers (Aliki and Antlee) to be the best I can out there as well as to help other riders who may need help, parts or advice along the way as I was once in their shoes too. We all need a little help sometimes and I’ll always lend a hand to my Motorcycle Family!

Although I might not be riding for 4 more weeks or so, you shouldn’t count me out in the 2025 season! I’ll be back in your corner soon!!!

  • Doug Loud

Passionate about the thrill of the track since 2010, I've spent the last three years diving into the exhilarating world of racing. As a former rider instructor for Precision Track Days, and California Motorcycle Safety Program (CMSP), I've honed my skills both on and off the track. Competing in renowned racing series like CRA, BRL, AFM, and MA. I've embraced the challenges and excitement of pushing limits and mastering the art of motorcycle racing.

  • Josh Monforte

I am a passionate motorcyclist. I'll ride anything I can get my leg over. With few exceptions, I ride a bike every day, be it commuting to work, doing track days, carving canyons, or doing light touring. Many of my weekends not spent riding for pleasure are spent teaching new riders as a CMSP instructor.

My goals for the next year are to improve my technique on the track, get my racing license and compete in AFM. I also would like to get a dual sport and build my off-road riding abilities to get more comfortable in low traction situations to help improve my street riding.

  • Lauren "MotoPrincey" Prince

Growing up in Nashville, Tennessee, Lauren drew inspiration from her Thrill-Seeking Uncle who nurtured her daredevil instincts and encouraged her to “Ride Like the Wind.” On Valentine's Day 2021, her lifelong dream of motorcycling finally reached fruition when she rode for the first time. What started as a crush rapidly blossomed into a full-blown love affair as she quickly escalated from total newbie to bonafide licensed racer in April, 2022. Crediting her success to the nurturing of Southern California's vibrant motorcycle communities, Lauren is grateful for the friendships, mentors, and coaches that help hone her natural abilities and encourage her ongoing development. Her accelerated journey showcases an impressive merger of skills, hard-work, and natural talent as demonstrated by multiple class wins and podium finishes in her debut CVMA & CRA seasons, clinching a remarkable 2nd place overall in both Femmewalla Ultralightweight and Amateur Supersport 500 classes. In Spring 2023, Lauren's journey reached new heights when she was selected to join Royal Enfield's prestigious Build.Train.Race program. Under the mentorship of "Fast Freddie" Spencer, she transformed the Continental GT 650 into a formidable race machine. Lauren proved herself a fierce competitor on the MotoAmerica stage, earning an invitation to return to the team in 2024. “BTR is so much bigger than what happens under the tent: we’re creating a legacy that extends so far beyond each of us as individual racers.” Off-track, Lauren’s favorite part of BTR is chatting with young fans, especially seating future racers on her purple-sparkle bike (aptly named “Apollonia”) where she encourages them to rip the throttle. “I want them to feel that they can dream as outlandishly as possible and that the world offers only unwavering support to fulfill their goals.” Lauren puts her personal motto "Amplify Goodness" into practice daily as a full-time veterinary doctor and surgeon based in Long Beach, CA where she primarily practices community medicine in non-profit clinics. Eyeing the 2024 season, her goals are to improve her on-track performances, maximize her learning within MotoAmerica, and to achieve new fulfillment supporting teammates plus coaching at local tracks. In the pits, Lauren’s signature moves are dancing before every race “to keep the vibes up,” squishing all the puppies (don’t worry she’s a professional), and passing around high-fives and fist-bumps! Lauren is profoundly grateful to her sponsors Ryder Gear, Racers Edge Performance, Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, VnM Sport, Krall Motorsports, TipIn Racing, Women of Go, Lieto Factory, The Women’s Moto Project, Racer 411 and greatly appreciates her race families at CVMA, CRA, and BTR

  • Antlee Terry

Meet the passionate mind behind Tip IN Racing. With a dream sparked over three decades ago, I'm breaking barriers at 50+, demonstrating that age is merely a number in the pursuit of dreams. My mantra? Trust, believe, and have fun while chasing your dreams—it's never too late. I'm dedicated to guiding fellow riders through the maze of misinformation in motorcycling.

My mission extends beyond the track—I emphasize the synergy of mind and body training to achieve faster, safer laps. Remember, the key is to slow down for precision, hitting every apex before cranking up the pace. By honing our mental and physical strengths, we can effectively navigate the risks inherent in this sport.

Join me in this journey of skill, strategy, and safety—where racing isn't just about speed, but about mastering the art through training, perseverance, and unwavering belief in oneself.

  • Kelly Mills

The woman behind the scenes that makes this all possible, Mrs.Tip IN Racing. Kelly Mills Terry. Kelly has been riding since 2021. Her first track day was in March of that year. More track than street miles. Tracks riden Thunderhill East, West, Sonoma Raceway. CRA and AFM scoring and timing. Raceline aficionado.

  • Trent Davis

I bought my first motorcycle on July 22nd, 1992, and I hid it from my parents for about 6 months. In the intervening 30 years, I've ridden a ton of street miles, mostly in the canyons around Placerville, where I live. I've had two strokes, middleweights, and large bore bikes, but I have the most fun on my R3.

It's a long story that I'm happy to share, but I've had a few unsuccessful attempts at racing with AFM until finally breaking through in 2021, completing my first race at AFM's last round.

During 2021 I attended 9 track days, all at Thunderhill, both east and west. I've ridden Buttonwillow, Sears Point (Sonoma Raceway, but us older guys know it as Sears), and Laguna Seca. I'm looking forward to racing again to Laguna in October.

For 2022 I want to get to as many track days as possible and improve my lap times. Bettering my PB will come as I get more and more comfortable on the bike at speed and have some solid reference points (RPs). Another goal is to get my Aprilia Cup Bike out on the track, but that will take some mechanical work, an ability I do not possess. That said, the largest goal is to remain upright and uninjured.

I'm looking forward to meeting all of you at various track days and race weekends with Tip IN Racing!

  • Zack Hubbard

Zack ditched the cage in 2018 for a motorcycle purely for commuting to the Napa Valley for work in order to not have to sit in traffic. That of course snowballed into a passion for riding, road and track. If he doesn't need to haul a bunch of stuff, he's taking the bike, rain or shine. His first track day was in 2020 at Thunderhill East, but now prefers the West side since obtaining a RC390. Find him on Instagram @tracking_ms_daisy
